Marriage and Relationship Counseling: In marriage and relationship counseling, the focus is on couples developing tools for resolving chronic conflict, expressing emotions in a constructive manner, repairing severe and long term damage (an affair, addictions, etc.), reconnecting emotionally, changing destructive patterns of interaction, and even arguing in healthier and more productive ways. Family Therapy and Parent Effectiveness Coaching: In family counseling there is a two-pronged focus-- working closely with the child or adolescent, and working with parents on establishing discipline strategies that work, setting effective limits at home and school, being consistent to implement a behavior plan and even on developing ways to better come together as parents and spouses.  Click here to READ MORE

Individual therapy for Adults, Children & Teens: Areas of focus range from depression and anxiety, to addictions, ADHD, crisis intervention, problem solving, breaking old habits that interfere with life, learning to stop self defeating behaviors and beliefs, developing better coping strategies, and learning to let go of past pains to start living a fuller life. In therapy you'll develop some new tools, learn to more skillfully use the ones you already own, and practice using them with some guidance and support. To learn more see HERE.



Comprehensive Psychological Evaluations:
